Give back to individuals in your community burdened by student debt by establishing a customized award program through The Aunt Betty Fund.
The average American who earns a bachelor’s degree takes on $40,000 in debt and pays almost $400 a month for 10 to 20 years. This affects communities around the country — including the one you live in or grew up in. The result is that younger generations struggling with student debt have had to delay life's big goals, like getting married, having children, or buying a home.
You can help. Establishing an award program through The Aunt Betty Fund allows deserving student loan borrowers to apply for scholarship or assistance in paying down their loans, either through a one-time award or through monthly support.
Customize a program to fit your community
Whether you want to award to current students, graduates, individuals working in certain professions, or other categories of borrowers, the choice is yours. Not sure? Contact us and we can go through your options.
We verify the identity, income, and loan status of all grant applicants
Fraud is not uncommon in grant programs, and the Aunt Betty Fund uses several methods to ensure that an applicant’s need is legitimate.
Funds are sent directly to loan servicers to pay down the debt
Aid in the development and maintenance of state-of-the-art facilities that provide a conducive learning environment.
Send an email to founder@auntbettyfund.org describing the program you are interested in launching or advancing. Our founder will then reach out to you to discuss how we might partner with you and the school, college or community group you wish to support. Scholarship programs take only a month or two to be ready to launch on the Aunt Betty Fund platform.
